Abstract

Moreo and Dagotto Reply: Bouzerar and Bouzerar [1] claim that the p-d coupling Jc 􏰵 1:2 eV that we used in the Mn-spin classical approximation is too small consid- ering the accepted value J 􏰵 1:2 eV used for quantum Mn spins. Using the relation Jc 􏰵 JS, with S 􏰵 5=2 for the Mn ions, Jc should be 3 eV. In our Letter, we presented results as a function of Jc, and it is clear that Jc 􏰵3 eV is not appropriate because it leads to a very large Curie critical temperature Tc. Thus, our results are in disagreement with those that led to the acceptance of J 􏰵 1:2 eV as the coupling for Mn-doped GaAs.
