Justin B. Price

Justin B. Price is the Contracts Manager for Real Estate & Joint Faculty at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). In this capacity, he orchestrates real estate contract strategy across ORNL’s main campus and offsite facilities, while providing high-level managerial oversight for Joint Faculty actions.

Since joining ORNL in 2022, Justin has assumed increasingly critical leadership roles within the laboratory’s support infrastructure. Most notably, he served as the Project Procurement Manager for US ITER, where he directed commercial oversight and managed resources for international fusion energy initiatives in addition to commercial support for the Fission Fusion Energy & Science Directorate (FFESD). His work at the laboratory is defined by his ability to navigate agreements with extensive historical and commercial complexity while delivering creative solutions for high-stakes projects.

Prior to his tenure in the national laboratory system, Justin built a robust career in the global energy sector, managing high-value supply chains for major energy projects. His extensive private sector experience includes leadership roles on the Port Arthur, Energia Costa Azul, and Wheatstone LNG projects, as well as international field experience managing supplier capabilities throughout India.

Justin combines technical acumen with business strategy, holding a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.
