Post Doctoral Research Staff

I specialize in power system Electromagnetic Transient (EMT) Simulations, optimization (focusing on nonlinear and convex optimization methods),  dynamic stability, and control in power systems. My journey includes approximately ten years of experience, which encompasses work at U.S. National Laboratories, academic research, and hands-on industry experience with high-voltage transmission systems. This diverse background enables me to bridge the gap between theoretical innovations and practical solutions in the energy sector.

I am passionate about addressing complex power EMT simulations, system stability and control challenges, particularly with the integration of power electronic devices in power system. My goal is to ensure that modern power systems are efficient and resilient. With a strong background in research and real-world applications, I am committed to driving innovation in power systems to support the energy transition and ensure reliable power delivery.

Beyond my technical expertise, I enjoy traveling and exploring different cultures through food. I also love watching soccer and have a keen interest in history and geopolitics, constantly seeking to broaden my worldview.
