Liquid Salt Environment Creep Testing Extensometry System

The Liquid Salt Environment Creep Testing Extensometry System enables testing of creep deformation properties of materials in corrosive liquid environment at temperatures up to 1000°C. The system provides solutions to the major problems in such testing, i.e. in-situ measurement of creep deformation as a function of time on specimen exposed to corrosive liquid at very high temperatures, and containing corrosive liquid inside the environmental chamber during the specimen cracking and rupturing process while extracting specimen deformation information out of the chamber.
