Programmable Neuromorphic Computing Platform

The invention controls liquids on the surfaces of solid functional materials in a manner that allows for external control over the liquid’s position in relation to the active functional switching solid. This allows for local switch gates to be activated by the interfaced liquid. Resistance of the solid material can be controllably tuned by various iterations. The combined device would lead to a pixelated array which would programmably deliver liquids to desired pixels for subsequent actuation.
