Vacuum Safety Relief Valve (Flapper Valve)

The Vacuum Safety Relief Valve (VSRV or “Flapper Valve”) provides several key safety features not available commercially. First it works to ensure a vacuum vessel is only pumped or re-pumped when ready i.e. manual action. For vessels equipped with a pressurized venting system this valve will prevent any positive pressure beyond ambient. This valve also provides both a visual indication and electronic indication via limit switches of the state of the system.
